What's included in my rental?
Your e-bike with free delivery and pickup, a Sena Mesh helmet (talk, music, GPS), plus a rear-view mirror, phone mount, water bottle holder, headlight/taillight, and a Foldylock. Overnight and multi-day rentals also include a charger for the bike and the helmet.
How does booking work?
Choose your e-bike, your date and time, and your delivery address. On the day of your rental you'll get a text when we're on the way. Questions? Call or text us at (904) 679-6204.
Where do you deliver?
Free delivery and pickup across St. Augustine — Historic District, St. Augustine Beach, Anastasia Island, Vilano Beach, Crescent Beach, and Butler Beach. Outside the zone? Call us — we often go farther.
What's your cancellation policy?
Things happen. You'll get a 100% refund for cancellations up to the day of your reservation. We recommend booking in advance, especially on peak days.
Can I ride on the beach?
Yes — beach riding is a blast. The best window is about 3 hours on either side of low tide. Obey posted speed limits and stay 15 feet from pedestrians.
What's the minimum age?
Riders must be at least 16. An adult signature is required on the waiver for any rider under 18. Valid ID is required to rent.
