Gentle reminder: Warranty coverage expires 30 days after purchase. We repair bikes only within this window and do not offer mechanical services outside of it at this time.

What warranty comes with a used e-bike?

Every used bike includes a 30-Day Bring-to-Base Guarantee covering parts & labor for manufacturing defects. Batteries are covered for 7-Day DOA (won’t charge or power the bike).

What does “bring-to-base” mean?

All warranty work is performed at our service bay. If something comes up, you bring the bike to us (or ship it at your cost). Transportation is not included.

How do I start a warranty request?

Email us within 30 days with your order number and short photos/video of the issue. We’ll do quick remote triage and schedule a drop-off appointment.

What’s covered for 30 days?

  • Frame/fork defects (non-impact), welds
  • Motor, controller, display, charger, wiring
  • Assembly defects; drivetrain failure due to a manufacturing defect

Coverage is for defects only—not wear-and-tear or damage.

What isn’t covered?

Normal wear (brake pads/rotors, tires/tubes, chain, cassette), flats, cosmetic scratches, corrosion/salt/sand, water ingress, improper storage/charging, crashes, misuse, overloading, third-party mods, or commercial use.

How is the battery covered?

DOA-only for 7 days: a battery that won’t charge or power on. Natural capacity variation on used batteries isn’t guaranteed. We’ll review best-practice charging and storage at handoff.

Do you offer delivery on purchases?

Yes—free local delivery for the initial purchase is available in our area. We also offer paid delivery within ~1-hour driving radius (about a 2-hour round trip) for the initial drop-off. Warranty transportation is not included.

Do you repair bikes after 30 days?

No. We only repair bikes within the 30-day warranty window. We’re currently focused on supporting our fleet and do not offer mechanical services outside this timeframe.
