A Sun & Fun E-Bikes Buyer's Guide
Why Letrigo?
A clear look at the bikes we chose for our own fleet — what they do well, who they're right for, and who they're not.
A cargo e-bike is a real purchase — often two to three thousand dollars. You deserve a straight answer, not a sales pitch. So here's ours.
We're Chris and Jennifer, and we run one of the largest rental e-bike fleets on Florida's First Coast. Beach conditions — salt air, sand, moisture, and heavy daily use — expose weak setups fast. That real-world experience is exactly why we chose Letrigo for our own fleet, and why we became Florida's first Letrigo dealer. This guide explains that decision.

Who Letrigo is not for
If you want the cheapest possible e-bike, a lightweight road/commuter bike with no cargo needs, or a bike you'll ride a few times a year on smooth pavement — a cargo Letrigo is probably more bike than you need. These are built for hauling, family use, and hard conditions. If that's not you, we'll tell you so. That's the point of buying from people who ride these bikes every day.
Why Letrigo actually holds up
Average e-bikes struggle where we ride. Salt air, sand, moisture, and daily exposure punish weak drivetrains and cheap components. Letrigo's design choices address exactly those failure points — which is why they survived our fleet testing when we were deciding what to sell.
What sets these bikes apart
